Patricia Sinclair, CPA, MST

Patricia (Patti) joined Bigelow & Company in 2009. Her services include corporate, individual, trust and estate tax, audit, review and compilations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and forecasting. She has specific expertise in privately held and venture-backed companies, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and employee benefit plans.

Patti received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University and has been practicing for over 22 years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.
